How To Burn Fat Faster For Women

How To Burn Fat:

If you are an overweight woman, or man, and you are interested in quickly and safely burning fat, I am certain of one thing: You are most likely frustrated by all of the hype and advertisement in the weight loss industry. If you’ve ever watched an infomercial or scoured Google late at night, just looking for some guidance and hope, I feel your pain, because I’ve been there.

Hi, I’m Keith Taylor, and I’m honored to have been invited to be a part of the fatlossreviewed.org project. Like you, I know exactly what it’s like to feel overwhelmed and hopeless about a weight problem. How? Because I used to weigh 430 pounds! Believe it or not, I actually lost 220 pounds to look the way you see me in the picture at the top of this page.

Let’s be real: Despite what all of the marketers out there would like you to think, there is no “magical” fix to a weight problem, but I can tell you that there are ways to quickly, safely, and most importantly, permanently lose weight. In fact, at the height of my weight loss journey, I was losing over 3 pounds of fat each week. If followed correctly, the right nutrition and exercise program can transform your body completely and permanently. It doesn’t have to take forever, you don’t have to starve yourself, and you don’t need to spend endless hours working out. I’m living proof that incredible weight loss success is possible within a normal and reasonable lifestyle.

I’ve studied plenty of products that CLAIM to help you burn fat in record time. Some are great, some are ok, and some are downright dishonest and awful. At the end of the day, the question is this: Do you store less calories than you burn? Notice how I didn’t say “Do you eat less calories than you burn?” Even if for some strange reason you consume over 5,000 calories in one day, it doesn’t mean everything you eat is stored, and it doesn’t mean that you can’t burn 6,000 and still lose weight! Think about how many calories are consumed to run a marathon. Obviously, this is an extreme example, and your ideal calorie intake is almost certainly much lower, unless you actually do run a marathon everyday, but I hope not!

For example, At 430 pounds, I found that about 2,200 calories/day was ideal for me (that was not a muscular 430 pounds, by the way). Calorie numbers are important, but you shouldn’t stop there. The number of calories is important, but the type of calories you eat, as well as how, and when you eat are equally important.

The real secret is to “trick” your body into a high fat-burning mode, so you can lose weight and see results quickly, without having to spend all day exercising and without having to starve yourself. That’s what I did, and though I won’t say it was a piece of cake, it was absolutely doable. Anyone who offers you an effortless path to fast and permanent weight loss is full of it, but it doesn’t have to be drudgery either. It ought to be exciting.

Overcoming my enormous weight problem was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I can’t begin to tell you how my attitude toward life, myself, and even other people changed when I no longer thought of myself as the “fat guy.”

If you struggle with a weight problem, I have nothing but compassion for you. I know what it’s like to feel hopeless, but I also know what it’s like to overcome those feelings and transform myself. Really, it doesn’t matter if you lose 10 pounds or 220 pounds. It’s about doing something out of love and respect for yourself. Something you can be proud of. If you want to hear my story and learn a little more about how I went from a morbidly obese 430 pounds to a fit 210 pounds, I encourage you to click the video thumbnail below.

Perhaps like me, you’re ready to make a big decision for yourself. Perhaps, you’re ready to say something like this:

“That’s it! I have to change something, and I will! I have the power to change this, and I will change it.”

If this is you, I encourage you to follow your statement with action. Nothing is more powerful and transformational than a bold statement followed by bold action. I’m here to cheer you on all the way:
